How To Use This Tool
You’ll start with a weekly overview of tasks you want to accomplish over the upcoming week and have space to sketch out your meal plan (which can of course include takeout).
Each day is broken into half hour increments to first map out your scheduled obligations. Then, brain dump all the things you need to remember (e.g. pack class snacks or drop off donations) and tasks you want to get done that day. You can also pick one or two tasks from your weekly list if you have bandwidth.
Include basic tasks like unstacking the dishwasher to (a) get that thought out of your brain and (b) get a dopamine bump when you check it off. Also highlight your top 3 work priorities. Feel free to schedule tasks in your free blocks of time, or just look to your list when you have downtime during the day (instead of picking up your phone to doom scroll).
Use the Notes section for whatever other information you need to scribble down. The bottom right corner of this section includes a space for tracking days, like the day of a menstrual cycle or a workout plan.
